The Future of MLS Data
MLS has done a investment in perch well they have kind of a quasi broker they're fashioning I've heard to be more of a front end of choice solution. This is kind of taking control of the MLS data and maybe packaging that with other MLS's to sell to Wall Street for for that so it's a control there. And then recently you you launched um you guys announced launching a a public facing site called Nestfully right Nestfully Nestfully? It just seems like that's a bitUm ambitious maybe the word might be though, we don't even like Zillow so we're gonna make our own Zillow too.
