The other piece that I didn't really touch on is like, we're not only bringing a service of being able to liquidate this property on the other side, you know, from a retail standpoint. We're also taking that asset and we're making it affordable for nearly that that wants to own this piece of property. So again, like, yes, in the long term, we may have a profit of three to 500% on a given property,. But that's not necessarily going to happen immediately on the sale.
