A lot of times in any travel thing, people think very much of what they're like supposed to do and not like what they they want. I hate the word authentic because when you're the search for authenticity is really like an excess,. Like it's a essentializing search. Who your true self is is based off of. And there's some countries like Japan, which has done an incredible job of keeping like domestic culture and internal culture. But there's other ones where everything is based on what a tourist will pay for.
