I like listening to a webinars because you know since Covid we have all these Zoom meetings which is fabulous. I started listening to the Q Gardens series or public lectures which they do every month and there are some really great people on that. There's an amazing book called nourishment by Fred Provenza again an American author who's looking at how we've lost our natural instincts of what foods to eat. When we're feeling ill we should be eating different foods, says Michael Phillips. How animals can self-medicate with herbal lays and things and herbal trees and hedgerows  is fascinating if you're into food forests in climate change times.
