Is There a God in the Story?

There is this kind of weird and tropic manipulation of time in the movie. It's not just a secularized notion of providence or redemption, but it is anthropological. Goodness is the grounds of reality, time as an actual thing that's happening. But also there are these kind of themes that just kind of illuminate the whole thing. They're maybe they're not as explicit, but free will.
