The Importance of Tax Sensitivity

For me, the ceiling on a position size is generally around 20%. I think about this on two levels. If you're oversized in a position, you are effectively paying for volatility because when there's volatility, you can't add to it. So my approach is when I get to a big position size, if I don't have timing anymore, I want to take it back to a level where I have some flexibility.
