How Fitbot Works to Increase User Engagement

The retention strategy is to focus on users who are becoming at risk or becoming dormant before they cancel. The longer a user goes from using the product, it's probably harder to get them back. So we're trying to like pinpoint higher up in that funnel when a user is at risk of going dormant and try to use engagement tactics and interventions there. When I say leverage, what I really mean is about focus. Because I think it's just the critical driver for startup success is where we focus our limited time and resources.
