Business people often say that actually there's a lot to be said for intuition, due to feelings about how things are going. And I think it's important to remember that we have two types of information that we can get. We have the information that comes from our rational mind, if you like. But we also have another type of information which is coming from this much more intuitive sense. It's not in our conscious awareness, but it's enough to give us a good feeling. The trick of making really good decisions - particularly in face-federal situations - is to actually have both of those things working together.
