What's Been Most Helpful for You, Rebecca?

There's polly two or three people over the years that god has intentionally placed in my path to sort of stand in the gap, to fill in gaps where chama has actually robbed me from connection and attunement. Part of it, i think, is just really good, generous care for people who are willing to like, stick it out with you. There's a level of vulnerability, permission, o freedom to be like this is my story in all its ugliness and all its difficulty and all its pain. And then externally, these people who walk with me through it ad and suffer all of my stumbles aman celebrate all my triumphs.
