The SEC has made it very clear we are not getting any new rules from the SEC on crypto right I don't know how much clear that could be in light of the chair's statements. A parallel case is taking place between coin base and S here right now this is a third circuit a circuit US Circuit Court of Appeals petition that we filed asking for an order to the SEC to decide whether or not new rules would be coming or not. Just yesterday on the very same day that I testified on behalf of coinbase and more importantly the SEC chose to chose to file suit against coinbase that court that Circuit Court in Philadelphia issued an important order directing the SEC to explain itself, says Frank
