Dorsal and Ventral Attitudes

The more tension within the body, the less a well put together you really are. It's hard to develop grace and ameability to feel free and happy with that kind of tension in your body. The dorsal is generally considered the back, and the ventral is the front, or the under belly. But it it's far more complex than because i am suggesting that the entire body surface is either dorsal or ventral. On ourselves the dorsal surfaces are just not the top and the ventril the bottom, but they're kind of wrapped around.
