David Frum: We cannot as individuals stand guard against all of the evils that we face. No one human being can actually stand guard against the full array of it. This is why we need institutions. He says they have a task to stand guard against a particular evil and we ought to be thankful for that. Frum: Let's say a prayer for the Ukraine people, the Ukraine army who are standing guard right now against the evil of this Russian aggression.

David returns from his recent trip to Kyiv to provide an eyewitness account of the war, including what it is like to survive the terror of a hypersonic missile attack by the Russians.
