One out of every three internationals or foreign, you know, people coming to america to day are chinese. There was waves where chinese came from hong kong. If they come in as blue collar, that's going to be a big hamper. And that language ability, blue collar and probably non english speaking, really determines how assimilating they will become. I think japanese imigration piqued in the early 19 hundreds and hasn't regained since then.
