i walk into an amazon warehouse with all these stories in my head about bad working conditions. The very first thing i see on this screen is a worker telling amazon that they had to sign themselves out of the hospital because they were that concerned about missing work. So i asked robinson what amazon does when it gets disturbing feedback like that. She said: "We want associates to know like their personal well being is more important than the number of hours they work"
