I'm sure they would have worked with the Cushing family for Rogue One and they would have agreed to allow them to use Peter Cushing's likeness. I mean, Mark Hamill actually acted in Mandalorian. They had a young body double that looked more like young Luke Skywalker doing the acting. And then they also got Mark Hamill to do the exact same thing. But interestingly, the voice, the voice which I think was just Mark Hamill, is completely synthesised. It's a concept fake. Really? Because Mark Hamill doesn't sound like Mark Hamill of 30 years ago. He sounds completely different now. That's crazy.
