You could watch one episode of a sitcom, which is usually around 20 minutes long. And it'sa light and fun way to start your day. You can just put it on in english while you're doing something else. Ye, i like to actually do that sometimes too, a series that i've already seen,. Just doing it while i'm like, washing the dishes in the evening. I like listening to pod cats and things like this, because, you know am more alert, more awake.
