There is no such thing as a free lunch. All of this quote unquote free stuff that politicians have been handing out actually does come with a price tag. I think they're starting to realize it because the housing market is hot all over the country. People are thinking, I need to buy a house now. 2.8% is possible on a mortgage. That's ridiculous. And when money gets this cheap, people grab it. They may not realize why they're doing it, but they're absolutely doing it.
