What Is a Basic Belief?

A properly basic belief is a belief that is not based on other beliefs. So suppose i go to the casino and i just find myself believing my next role, or my next play, i'm going to become millionaire. That wouldn't be a rational belief, so t wuldn't be properly basic. But that's the basic over all picture. Why don't we talk about some other things? Tat i sot of properly basic. What is?
