The Male-Female Ratio in America

As you get older, no matter what, men become scarcer. In San Francisco, for example, men are less scarce because of the engineering focus or whatever. But New York and Washington, for reasons that are very unclear to me, are very female-dominated cities at all age groups. It's probably significant that so many narratives that we get about what's happening in the culture come out of this city where women have it tougher.
