We tend to index the quality of american health care when you look at the average life expectancy first you do men women. And white men have always sort of been the standard bearer. But then this odd thing has happened over the last three or four years where their life expectancy as started to get worse and worse because our percentage share of health care expenses are going up. So why are we dying sooner as we spend more? Yes, because we're also spending on a lot of things that kill us.
