How to Be a Successful Intern at Harlem Capital
The internship is structured so there's deal work and then there's a project that you do. The projects change every term but they are things like our podcast which we used to have our interns do. A lot of them we also publish publicly so you'll see on a lot of our blog posts or our reports it will give kudos to an intern who helped us make that come to life. Robin: We take a lot of pride in when you are onboarded as an intern you're treated like a full-time employee.
