How to Say No to Pizza

It's not about saying one food or one meal is a good or a bad food. It's about how often you are doing it. If for example that pizza happens once or twice a week, no problem. But if it's happening every single night then that overall dietary pattern obviously will have an impact. I think portion control is a big part of that too. Have a piece of pizza but only a piece, not five. And so, you know, in nutrition terms you talk about a healthy eating style 80% of the time with 20% flexibility. So what else can you be adding to your takeaways if that's your current dietary pattern? One thing I don't really understand
