Cannabis helps with symptoms of cancer, the pain, the anxiety, the anorexia. There haven't been any human studies showing that cannabis kills cancer. People who are pro-cannabis want to believe some harms of them can cure them. But in reality, we need to know all about the harms and accept it as a primary treatment for cancer.
