Sholl: I've learned to ton along the way. The focus of it is more so on helping to identify those challenges that customers will face, or buyers. And sometimes they may not even know about those challenges. So i think it starts even in the very beginning of the planning stage, which is really figuring out what your, your customers needs are,. What their pain points are. Sholl: If you don't know how to sell to people, then you're going to be you's going to be stuck and it'll be a wasted time.
