People should not think about this as like 57 minutes when you say it's just because in research you need to be very precise. You could do 15 minutes in the sauna, have a break or get into cold and then come back and do another 15 minutes which is an hour of sauna. Would it be just as effective if you did 15 minutes of sauna on four days? Yeah, I think you can divide this into what fits your program. So go as much as you can, but think about not overdoing it because I think that is more dangerous for your body than not doing it actually.
