I think childhood should be protected. People shouldn't be exposed to too many things too early. Unfortunately, that's not the way life works atimes for children. Everybody kind of deserves a good childhood because they need that. But in the childhood of our country, i the united states, there were of bad things happening. And ah, doesn't do much good to try to avoid that. We have to embrace it in the sense that it happened and we have to make things better. Being sorry's a start. It means you have a conscience.
