What Aspects of the American Culture Were Shocking to You?

I think obviously the first shock is the winter. Rit is like how many layers you have to wear, and how many things you have to carry with you, and how horrific it is. And also, i don't know, for i felt very welcome, to be honest. I had a lot of great friends, both from the international community at hartward and from the american commititee. It was not the right thing for me, but it was an important breagh in my life,. because i would have never left had it not been.
