The Role of the Program Lead for Virtual Care in Y Valley
Y Valley is the first hospital in England to roll out a virtual ward. It aims to give patients access to same support, test and diagnostics as they would have at home. The system has worked really hard on integrating those pathways into second-jakir access for emergency bloods. James Barlet from Herrificia talks us through what it means to be part of this new way of working. He says there are risks but that we don't want to put our patients at risk just because we're trying to do it working.
