The Importance of Control in Cinematography
John, now that you're back working in the industry as a cinematographer, I'm curious what excites you in cinematography. What is sort of getting your creative juices flowing as you're navigating the industry and looking for projects to work on? Yeah, I think I'm really figuring that out day by day. It was January when I started shooting and considering myself a DP and like taking it seriously. And I will say what I've been enjoying so much is being on a set and not being the director.
