The Two Minute Rule
If there's a difficult habit, you're having a hard time finding traction and boil it down to anything that you can do in towards that habit in under two minutes. Shrink the change that you want. Dial it back to its lowest common denominator so that it's not unsustainable. Don't make it your goal even of flossing every day. Just say I'm going to floss one tooth. It might just be rolling out your yoga mat.
