Is There a Great Anxt About Aid?

The only great anxt is in rich countries saying, oh, we can't give to poor countries. Money isn't the issue. It's absolutely possible to take some funding and provide some health care just like there is within norwegian society. And i know it s ive helped to engineer that in the few cases where it's been possible to actually raise funds from rich countries. Why doesn't that happen? Because the politicians are elected nationally. That comes back to what we started with, the challenges of trans boundary governments. If we had politicians elected internationally, believe me, these questions would not be asked a we would understand that money needs to flow to places where it's currently lacking.
