The Landlords Are Back!
Landlords in New York City are stepping on people's necks again. One landlord is going to jail for putting sex clauses in his tenants' leases. A homeless mother of five was barred from eating aphrodesias like cucumbers because he thought she would come over and eat them. The contract also says the girl can't have a boy friend more physically fit than that guy, because he doesn't want some one that could beat em up.
