Dao mei yoh means I don't really have a fever, right? Mei yoh means don't have. And then the next sentence is jishu i ji lyo bhi tihu ku sō. This is, I have a runny nose and I'm coughing and my throat really hurts. So you can see that in the beginning of the sentence there is a ji shi meaning just or only. They're pointing to this positive aspect and then jishu they are sort of focusing on the other aspect which can be negative. Does that make sense? Mm hmm.
