Android Stretch Effects
Android has now switched to a stretch effect. So once you scroll to the end of a list and you keep scrolling down or up, the list will actually stretch. This is something that you should do in the GPU. You don't want to spend CPU time on this. Flutter had to implement new shader controls to allow them to implement this one new Android effect.
