I would also like you to reflect a bit upon the non-staticness of what is considered sensitive within this context. I just read a New York Times article on how scientific articles on COVID that were initially published by Chinese scientists were later retracted, withdrawn because of government pressure. What was allowed at one point later became off limits and had to be taken out of circulation. So we really do see a temporal dimension to the strictures of censorship.
