The war on drugs has been mostly a miserable failure, with costs much higher than benefits. We could start by killing a lot of cartel leaders, no doubt like cockroaches, more would replace the dead. But find that with a wall in deporting every illegal mexican in america using any and all force necessary, we could substantially crimp the trade ad hanging on a greatly expedited process.
