The Post published a story about O'Keefe firing his CFO and his chief strategy officer earlier this month without the approval of the board. The board then unfired those guys and put O'Keefe on paid leave. Later reporting revealed that the board was flipping shit because they were worried about Project Veritas losing its status as a 501c3 non-profit. 16 members of the staff put their names on a memo to the board detailing O'Keefe's disastrous management style.
