The Effects of Breakfast on Ketones

In retrospect, I'm glad that I didn't try measure getting more glucose measurements because the glucose measurements were not useful and the ketones and lactate worked. So obviously, eating gave me ATP and fasting me fasting made me run low in it and glucose was irrelevant. Although there's a general tendency for them to be suppressed by breakfast, they tend to rise throughout the day. They don't seem radically screaming out that I have some kind of ketone related disorder, but they do seem higher than normal.
