What Is the Relative Climate Impact of Cloud Storage?
I would love, absolutely love to see a comparative analysis done by each provider that in very human terms says what the relative climate impact is of taking all of their different storage services. But it seems that compute is where they tend to focus instead. My genuine belief is that it will get cheaper to do the right thing and it is getting cheaper every day to use fewer resources but the market has not caught up to that.
