I think though that people don't understand also that you have to level yourself up when you do hire a virtual assistant. There's certain things that you get to do differently. I was really proud of us when we decided to just basically put it into that because that's one of the biggest learning lessons I realized was first of all how to fire someone. That was so scary. But after that I truly felt more powerful more in control and the truth is that everyone should be able to work with someone they really like and who respects their work.
