The Value of Liberal Arts Education in the 21st Century
I think we tend to focus in this day and age on the utilitarian aspects, which I think are quite powerful as well. But yeah, I totally agree with you that just this virtue in general and liberal arts for the sake of themselves is part of having a rich fabric of society. We could be dealing with in smarter ways if we listened to other views and we tested ideas and we iterated and tried different ideas.
