SASS Board Voice

Sasha: I keep on pushing on this board voice issue because of the literature around it, just speaking from my own experience. SASS has given 30% of its economic interest to the community but then for them not to participate in governance. Sasha: You don't want to give away governance; you really feel like you need to be able to move quickly. But at the same time, there is that seat on the board for whatever stakeholder is creating value - and maybe that should be part of the organization's design.
