I do tend to think that at some stage of the game, many people in the States and maybe something like COVID helps to break it apart. You've got a big uphill battle there in the US because that's what happens day in day out with portfolios. The neighbor effect is huge and they want to just go into that. That's just poison. Do you think Dakota and John Henry and Don, you think they could do what they did back in the 70s and 80s today? I don't know. It seems noisy and messy as hell.
