When I went to college at the beginning for the intro classes they were a lot of minorities. So things like that. It's totally depends on your location. Some people might say South Asian people in tech in some industries are well represented. If you work in the government, they're very few minorities in tech. And if you don't know you're not connected, how can you get connected? Like recruiters high managers their network Usually tend to be people who look like them.
