The Distraction of Taking Over the Industry

Sonic sued Ticketmaster in the winter of 2015 for anti-competitive practices. That lawsuit was just settled in January for $130 million so yes we did experience some pretty intense competition. I look at Sonic and while it may sound ridiculous like I don't see it as a success. Why would you see that as a failure? I think because we weren't able to stay independent and do it on our own termsWe were acquired ultimately and it's still going which I feel very fortunate about.
