The Power of Personalized Exercise Routines
The participants were generally fit healthy active men and women so they were accustomed to doing exercise on a fairly regular basis. Many of them came in with a lot of hesitation and reservation about giving up their routine. After two weeks what we started to see was amazing. They were off the charts excited energized and enthusiastic about the future of their health because they for the first time in their lives felt like they had this new paradigm of understanding how to exercise the right way.
