i wonder if this is kind why orlando took off. I think maybe, idealistically, it might be something that you could infer that this is an under performing asset relative to the number of visitors i would expect from a base line of what the math would tell you. What's interesting is that it it regardless of where in the world. It's not any particular culture. Fascinating. People are fascinating as this.
