How to Find the Right Processes to Implement
First of all, we want to mixture. We actually go through the whole process first. Once it's over, sit down with the team and say, what went well? What didn't go so well? What could we do better next time? And once we know the scope of everything, then that's when we start documenting and then building a process and round it. So as you're start up, mot the most important thing is actually just shipping and doing stuff. The documentation, the processing should really be done as an afterthought, after it's all done. This is something that i made a big mistake of as someone who loves to optimize. Let we just design the ultimate process
