Michael Bociurkiw is senior visiting fellow at the arms control association and defense correspondent at nation magazine. His most recent book is all hell breaking loose, the pentagons pespectv on climate change. He says russia's invasion of ukraine was an "utter failure" that led to a dispersal of forces which made it easier for the ukranians to destroy them. Now they have a new command and are trying to go for the concentration of forces in the east, he adds.
