I Got a Great Idea, Right?

Executives need to have that stanp in the world, treasure. Need to be out thererht, to put themselves out. As an individual contributor, let me just caution you against going into the boss's oftince and boss, i got a great idea, right? Because experiments are supposed to fail at a certain rate, right? If your experiment succeeds, you and probably your boss, will own it, right? It's like, wow, that was fun. Let's do that again. And so you can be that agent for change by proposing a continuous stream of experiments. De want to make each one small, not too expensive, not too scary yet.
